Available Position: Client Servicing Executive

If you love to take on challenges with a get-it-done attitude, then this job is right for you. We’re looking for a commercially minded & hardworking superwoman/superman who is able to turn difficult situations around for our clients with satisfying outcome.


But beyond that, you will also be serving as the voice of the company, the one that takes our clients on a journey to marketing success and by spreading the importance of out-of-home marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Business Development
    • Identify & generate new prospect leads and develop new business opportunities to achieve company’s sales & business growth.
    • To grow & expand existing clients’ campaign opportunities.
    • Planning and overseeing new market initiatives.
    • Preparing presentations and media sales kit that is relevant to each clients’ needs.
    • Developing customized proposals and quotations.
  • Client Account Servicing
    • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
    • Establish rapport and set up meetings with new clients.
    • Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings and communications.
    • Keeping all clients informed about new developments in the company’s products.
    • Oversee and execute all clients’ campaigns from end-to-end within stipulated timelines & budgets.
    • Work with team and/or third party vendors to ensure all client expectations are met
    • Provide post-campaign reporting and analytics.
    • To monitor & deliver clients’ campaign advertising budgets.
  • General
    • Accountable for the day to day execution and project management.
    • Negotiate with clients to solve problems and making sure deadlines are met.
    • Conduct periodical sites visit to understand the outdoor market landscape & catchment area to facilitate in better campaign planning.
    • To prepare documents (Media Requisition Order, Media Booking Schedule and keeping tracks of Campaign Booking Orders issued) for confirmation of campaigns, liaising with vendors, following up on payment process for vendors, maintaining costing summaries of client’s campaign
    • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing/Advertising/Mass Communications or its related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales / business development / client servicing or equivalent within the advertising industry in ATL & BTL works.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, mature and confident.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good command in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation, conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive team player and endow with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Able to multi-task & work under pressure independently within a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Those with working experience in related field is an added advantage.
  • Work full time in our office in Petaling Jaya.
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel.

  • Possess creative flair, originality, versatility and conceptual/visual ability.
